349.99 if you buy parts and rebuild yourself.
700.00 to 900.00 if you have a shop do it.
i have been racing motocross for about 10 years and have went through plenty of top ends on my 4 strokes.

It all depends on what really needs to be done and what it is telling you it needs a top end rebuild. If it really does have low hours and not been thrashed there can't be much wrong. So who says it needs a rebuild? What are the symptoms that it needs a rebuild? The word 'rebuild' can include new valves and valve guides. A cylinder re-bore with new piston and rings against just a cylinder hone and a set of piston rings. The price will vary once it has been diagnosed properly and the motor stripped down OR quoted for maximum cost and parts not needed, well, who knows, you could be charged for them anyhow, after all you accepted the quote and will be happy with the result not really knowing what exactly was done... not all bike shops are totally honest...

Low on hours... needs top end rebuild?
Rebuilding a 4-stroke can cost upwards of $2,500. Stay away from it and move on to a bike that runs
