is it bad for the bike like can you just trail ride it or will it be bad for the bike ?? thanks

A YZ85 will be better suited to being ridden on a race track, they will load up with fuel if made to pull for to long at lower revs, this will cause the spark plug to oil up and the motor to cut out. Providing you ride it harder you won't have a problem, but keep the motor up in the revs.

Someone here must not like the person above. They have given some very good answers and got a thumbs down on every answer. Welcome to YA, home of the young and stupid. No, a YZ85 or any 85 2 stroke is a horrible choice for trails. A very advanced rider could pull it off, but it still wouldn't be the best choice. Go for something like a CRF80 or 100 and if you want more power and better suspension the CRF150R.
