The other answerers have covered almost all the flags except the Light blue with yellow stripe which is to caution the rider that they are about to be overtaken by a faster rider and not to impede their progress. Used mostly when lead riders are coming up on slower riders which could take them out. Also the purple flag which is usually found at the entrance of the track somewhere although not always used at events. This is a protest flag and the rider has a designated amount of time under the rules in which to lodge a protest if an event has occurred during the race. This could be against another rider or even against a decision an official has made.

The fact that the chain-drive is made of Divine crosses, all interlinked in Holy Communion, leads to the inescapable conclusion that you can be a very small person.
